Terms and Conditions – Club iScoot

 

Membership

An owner of a motor scooter may apply to G R Holdings Limited to become a member of the club. Applications are to be made through the iScoot website – www.iScoot.co.nz . There is no fee to join Club iScoot. Members of the club will receive emails and regular electronic newsletters and as a member of Club iScoot it is recognised and acknowledged by the member that all such electronic mail and communication is authorised communication under the Electronic communications act 2007. Members may unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time.

 

G R Holdings Limited will notify applicants who are accepted for membership of the club, their names will be entered on the register of members. G R Holdings Limited may remove a person’s name from the register of members for misconduct, or any conduct that in the opinion of G R Holdings Limited may have a detrimental effect on the reputation of the club, Blue Wing Honda or G R Holdings Limited.

 

Benefits

Members may be entitled to various benefits made available by G R Holdings Limited through the club from time to time. G R Holdings Limited will notify members of benefits that are available or become available through the Honda Riders Club website – www.hondaridersclub.co.nz/iScoot or through any other appropriate media.

 

G R Holdings Limited reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the benefits made available to members.

 

Relationship to Blue Wing Honda

Blue Wing Honda Limited is a sponsor of the club and provides support to G R Holdings Limited in the provision of benefits to is members.

 

Amendment

G R Holdings Limited may amend these rules at any time and may assign rights under these rules to another person without notice to the members. These rules are effective from the date of launch of Club iScoot being 14 January 2008.

 

Change of Circumstances

Members hereby undertake to advise Club iScoot any changes of circumstances in respect of, the brand of motor scooter owned, change of contact details including change of address, change of email address and change of telephone number.

 

As a member of Club iScoot it is acknowledged that Blue Wing Honda may forward advertising material direct to members.
